Returns and Refunds

• Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange.
• Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects, or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please submit your request at aloktentbazaar@gmail.com. Please make sure you have images of the damage/defect along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange. 
• If your return request has been accepted, you can exchange your product/part of the product or get a refund. 
• Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the day your request is accepted.
• A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please write to us on aloktentbazaar@gmail.com. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
